Shipping policy

All products bought on the Sincerely, Herbs website are blended at the time of purchase. Items will ship within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated). Once shipped, items are at the mercy of USPS, but you will be provided a tracking number. Items usually arrive within a week.

*These products were produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These product are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days for assistance. We value your satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues promptly. You can always contact us for any return question at sincerelyherbs@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
