I'm Tiffany, an herbalist, animal lover, wife, and world traveler and I am the owner, operator, and herbalist of Sincerely, Herbs! The Long Haul with My Partner-in-Crime 💑
My husband Anthony and I have been running this show together for 18 years. We've laughed, we've cried, and we've made some epic memories in our worldly travels. Anthony is definitely my better half and the one who keeps me grounded. We got married at just 19 years old and we've traveled the world thanks to the Air Force sending us to Germany in our early 20's! Speaking of Germany... We're heading back there for a few years in January and we cannot wait to be back.
Nerd at Heart (Anti-Heroes Rule) 🦸
When I'm not studying herbs and plants, you might find me knee-deep in Marvel comics, a new graphic novel, or in some new Fantasy world. I've got a soft spot for the anti-heroes and morally gray characters (...queue Morally Gray by April Jai). Morally ambiguous characters who keep me guessing? Sign me up. Whether it's Deadpool's antics, Loki's tricks, or Khonshu's unhinged demands, I'm all in. A few of my favorite graphic novels and comics would be The Boys, Saga, The Killer Inside Me, Deadpool (especially Dan Way's version), Moon Knight, and Venom.
Bookworm Alert 📚
Words are my allies, and books are the realm we conquer together. As a devoted bookworm, I relish everything from fantastical realms to unvarnished truths. Books are our vessels to uncharted territories and novel viewpoints, and I've navigated quite a few. Some of my favorite's include the SJM Universe (Throne of Glass/ACOTAR/Crescent City), From Blood & Ash, LotR, ANYTHING Leigh Bardugo (Grishaverse/Six of Crows/Ninth House), ANYTHING V.E. Schwab, and I absolutely LOVE to torture myself with Steven King!
Furry Friends Forever 🐾
Animals are my jam, and I've got two pups, Nyx and Ruhn (yes, after mythical legends, and of course Ruhn Danaan, Crown Prince of the Valbaran Fae), to prove it. I'm also a dedicated puppy foster mom, and there's something heartwarming about being their pit stop on the way to forever homes. And let's not forget about the feline dynamos in my life, Nike and Tolkien, who keep me entertained with their antics.
Wanderlust Chronicles ✈️
Adventure courses through my veins. Anthony and I seize every chance to explore the world, from remote destinations to hidden gems in our backyard. We were fortunate to live abroad for 7 years of his military career (and my ENTIRE enlistment). We've been allover the world and are ready to take advantage of a 2nd round in Germany starting next year. Some of our favorite destinations we visited were Ireland (Dublin and Kerry), Brussels, Venice, Garmisch, Rome (where we accidently got to see the Pope) and an honorable mention... Australia- where everything can kill you and food and drinks out are EXPENSIVE!!
Herbalism🌿
As I've mentioned, I'm a military spouse and Air Force veteran, but my heart belongs to herbalism. I've always had a thirst for knowledge when it comes to plants, and it all stemmed from helping my grandparents in their garden when I was young. For over 2 years now, I've been diving into the world of natural remedies with the Herbal Academy, holding certificates in the Clinical Track (Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced Herbal Courses), Herbal Self-Care for Stress Management, Tea Blending 101, and Botanical Mixed Drinks with The Craft of Herbal Fermentation next in my lineup.
Two Degrees, Countless Curiosities 🎓
In my academic quest, I grabbed two bachelor's degrees – one in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies (yes, you read that right) and another in Health & Wellness, with a focus in fitness. These dual degrees are definitely polar opposites, but they've helped hone my research skills on health and well-being.

Currently, I'm part of the crew at Healthier Together, a non-profit on a mission to make our county a healthier place. It's where my interests and ideals collide, and I couldn't be happier alongside a team of change-makers.
